Exclusive terms

These terms exclusively govern your access to and use of this site, and do not alter or affect the terms and conditions of any other agreement that you may have or enter into with any Bon Information Technology Systems entity for any given product or service. That latter agreement continues to govern that specific legal relationship. However, some pages on this site, or areas of this site with restricted access — including project extranets or areas engaged in e-commerce — may require the application of additional or special terms and conditions, which may be accessed through a separate link on the home page of that site.

Changes to the site

In order to improve our service to you, we reserve the right to make changes to the access, operation and content of this site at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to make changes to these terms and to the privacy statement, so please check before each use for changes.

Registration process

Portions of this site are exclusively reserved for the use of persons who have completed the registration process and been granted authorisation for access. No persons other than authorised users may access secured portions of this site. Passwords and registrations are non-transferable.

Materials made available to our clients on this site under special agreement with their copyright owners may be downloaded as a PDF file to a hard disk, and one hard copy may be made, provided that such data and copies are for your internal business use only. Such material, or any portion of it, may not be further distributed, reproduced, copied electronically or in hard copy, modified, or sold in any form or medium without the express written permission of BONITS.
